The 14-day baseline period is included in every plan. You see the platform working before you commit to ongoing subscription.

Can I add family members after setup?

Yes. Additional family members can be added at any time by the account holder. Each is assigned a role (view-only, alert-recipient, full access) with your explicit approval.

What happens if my loved one moves to a care facility?

The plan migrates to the Facility tier. Data and history carry forward. Pricing is adjusted.

Is medication data shared with insurance companies?

Never. Medication data is never shared with insurers, employers, or any third party without your explicit written consent.
